Roy is the most recent addition to the Lakes Department, but he's not new to KICA. For the past 7 1/2 years He has been working with KICA's Land Management Department, transferring to the Lakes Department in January 2009.

Roy is a Charleston native who grew up in West Ashley and graduated from Middleton High School. Following graduation he served as a corpsman in the Navy, and before coming to KICA, worked for Coburg Dairy.
